Could not reproduce when running "ubuntu-bug". When not running,
reproduces 9/10 times. To reproduce:

1. Open terminal
2. Run `gitk` (do not need to be in a Git directory)
3. Go back to terminal
4. Terminate (Ctrl-C)
5. Compiz crash, logged out.

I've just tested this on 16.04.1 with all updates applied and Google
Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit). If I disable System Title Bar and
Borders in the Chrome settings and them Maximise or unmaximise Chrome,
everything works as expected.
