[CGUYS] Need a Java Refresh

2007-07-14 Thread Ralph

Windows XP, Firefox, Thunderbird environment.

I've had Java on my computer for many years. I don't program in it, I
just have it for when I need to execute something that requires it.

Recently I think I crippled it. After running a first scan with my
new anti-virus program, I think it identified one of the Java files as
having a virus or worm. I told it to delete the file.

Now, I periodically get error messages like Java Run Time Environment
can't be loaded or Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same
process caused an error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks,
Ralph
