Re: [CGUYS] Turning a digital video upright.
From: Tony B [EMAIL PROTECTED] WMM seems to be working for me. I don't have any original 3:4 foota but I took a small 4:3 clip, rotated it 90deg (right-click, add Vid Effect), rendered it, then rotated it 270deg and rendered. The vide looks fine. I might be mischaracterizing the aspect ratio, but the problem is simply turning a sideways video upright without losing the correct aspect ratio. Why do you do the second 270-deg rotation? Doesn't that make it sideways again? Quentin A. Re: [CGUYS] Turning a digital video upright.
First dump Windows Movie. I have had pretty good luck with Pinnacle version 8 or 9. When I do it in Windows Movie Maker. the aspect ratio goes from a 3:4 to a 1:1 and the image is distorted. Thanks.
