 The author is just bitching and moaning about the slowing of their upgrade
 cycle. This happens to every app eventually and it signals that it is time
 for a major rewrite and simplification. They have done it before and I
 expect they will do it again.

 Another interpretation of this slowing of the cycle indicate that the
program is getting to be finished.

Speaking of Chrome, I've been running version 3.0.195.38 on WinXP off  on for 
the last 2 weeks.  No problems the first few days, but then several programs 
(Photoshop, Bridge) started hanging.  Then today, my PowerDVD player started to 
hang.  I happened to be using Chrome at the time.  I haven't had major program 
hangs for awhile.  Just a coincidence?
