> I had a hard time tracking an erroneous response from Solr. All I got was
> something like this:
> {{[Fatal Error] :112:120: The element type "HR" must be terminated by the
> matching end-tag "".}}
> There was no indication what the error was an what component issued the error.

[jira] [Commented] (CONNECTORS-339) We need a test for all of the localized versions of the UI

Karl Wright commented on CONNECTORS-339:

I've committed primitive UI tests involving the following connectors:
- CMIS connector & authority connector
- File system connector
- RSS connector
- Solr connector
- Web connector
- Wiki connector

In the process I've fixed a number of discovered bugs, probably on the order of
4-5. So this is clearly a valuable exercise to continue.

I propose adding additional tests for:
- Active Directory authority
- Alfresco
- GTS
- JDBC connector
- JCIFS connector
- Open Search Server connector

After that I think we can declare victory and add more tests only organically.

> We need a way of testing the UI for functionality, regressions, and properly
> formed HTML.
