The "online" is found while checking for internet connectivity. The issue is it's
done right away after ConnMan gets the ip/dns/routes configured.
At this exact moment, the network might not be fully ready, for some reasons.
We are talking of micro-seconds here.
On the other end, the network infrastructure behind the connection might not be ready itself (for instance in nating is used, and the nat rule has not been established yet etc...) And also, if the distant servers which are used to check the connectivity are down (very
rare though).

So as you can see, it's not "bullet proof". Thus you should not assume too much about this
state. "ready" might just be totally fine as well.

As long as you are in state "ready", you should assume the network connectivity is fine.
