           Product: Installation
         Component: Installation
Summary: tex-mode partitioning wont let you change fs type after
                    a partition is created..
           Product: Installation
           Version: 1.830
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: Installation
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

When you get to the point where you have to partition the harddisks,
you can only choose fs type when you create the partition...

If you try to change fs type on an existing partition, you
are presented with an dialog with an editable text string:
Journalised FS: ext3

If you try to change that line by editing the textline (ex: ext3->ReiserFS),
the installer will later complain about an unknown filesystem...

AFAIK the user should be presented with a list of available filesystems...
