Take you a plate, line it whith paper towels; 2 should do. Lay your bacon down flat; I usually get about 4 strips. You don't want it curling or overlapping. Cover with a couple more paper towels. Microwave for 3 minutes, flip, then microwave for another 2-3 minutes. Done!
