Basic Scrambled Eggs 2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk, cream or water Salt and pepper to taste 2 teaspoons butter or margarine In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until combined. In a 7 or 8 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently move a spatula across the bottom and sides of the pan, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath. Continue cooking and stirring the eggs until the eggs are set and no liquid remains. Note: You can easily adjust the number of servings to suit your needs. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
