Cinnamon Coffee Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 serving size) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mixes. Add eggs, oil and water, mix until well blended. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour half of batter into greased Bundt pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of nut mixture. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
