Hi, I am not a fish lover, but even I like Tilapia. Did you buy the kind that is breaded or just plain filets? Tilapia is very nice with a light breading. I cook mine either in a skillet, or in the oven. Sorry, I don't have a Foreman grill, so can't really help you there.
