WENDY's FROSTY 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Nestle's chocolate drink powder 4 cups vanilla ice cream
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until creamy. Stir if necessary. If too thin, freeze the mixture in the blender or in cups until thicker.
