Re: [COOT] debug:: g.safe_scheme_command() with command post-manipulation-hook
Dear friends, For those working with Mac a workaround the windows minimization when deleting any atom/residue or water molecule is to activate "click" on the keep delete active, them you can delete whatever you want and the windows will not close. Then close manually the "Delete item" windows and be careful to not keep deleting atoms ;-) I hope this helps, cheers Gavi El mié, 15 mar 2023 a las 14:48, Paul Emsley () escribió: > > On 12/03/2023 16:20, Ramón Hurtado Guerrero wrote: > > CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the LMB. > > Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and > know the content is safe. > > *.-owner-c...@jiscmail.ac.uk-.* > > To whom it may concern, I recently updated to the latest version of CCP4, > and I am having some trouble with Coot. Dear Paul, Thank you. Yes, this happens in mac and you are right since the coot icon is in the dock. How can I avoid this? [COOT] debug:: g.safe_scheme_command() with command post-manipulation-hook
To whom it may concern, I recently updated to the latest version of CCP4, and I am having some trouble with Coot. Whenever I try to delete an atom, water molecules, or any other type of molecule, the program crashes and I receive the following message: "debug:: g.safe_scheme_command() with command post-manipulation-hook". Would you be able to provide any guidance as to how I can resolve this issue? I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Ramón -- Dr. Ramón Hurtado Guerrero ARAID researcher (Principal Investigator) University of Zaragoza BIFI - Edificio I + D C/ Mariano Esquillor s/n Campus Río Ebro 50018 ZARAGOZA Tlf: +34 976 762997 fax: + 34 976 762990 To unsubscribe from the COOT list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=COOT=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/COOT, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
