BPM/BRE solutions using Pega

· Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight 
dependencies for the solution on other applications.

· Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications 
with Pega based application.

· Managing systems Validation and defect resolution efforts.

 

The CSA also collaborates with project leadership and client management to 
manage the engagement direction, pinpoint and resolve high-level issues and 
develop staff and budget plans. As such, the position requires not only 
technical prowess but also refined interpersonal and management skills.

*Other Responsibilities:*

 

· Document and maintain project artifacts.

· Suggest best practices, and implementation strategies using PEGA 
technology.

· Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, 
processes, and best practices.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline

· Pega CSA is a MUST , CSSA is preferred

· 5+ years experience working with Pegasystems technologies

· 5+ years experience designing, building and implementing Business Process 
Management solutions on one or more technology platforms

· Demonstrated success working within a team project structure; including 
possessing a variety of roles within those teams

· J2EE development experience

· Exposure to and familiarity with various industries and specific 
operational solutions

· Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile 
and Waterfall

· Ability to multitask with numerous projects and responsibilities

· Experience working with JIRA and Confluence

· Must have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be able and willing to participate and contribute as individual as 
needed.
