*Job Description:*
Client is building the next generation connected vehicles and equipment
that will light up new experiences and make our products smarter.
To bring these products to market, we are seeking an experienced and
passionate leader to architect these *Internet Of Things / Connected
Solutions.*
The candidate will have a strong technical background and will work with
external agencies to orchestrate the commercial release in collaboration
with the business unit.
*Architect end-to-end IoT solutions by collaborating with partners and
development agencies*
*Develop the overall IoT, API, Web and Mobile platform strategy.*
Contribute and review solution design: ensure innovation, business
requirements are met, and that proposed solutions fit the CNH ICT landscape.
Define technical requirements and processes and ensure that these are
understood, implemented and delivered across the teams.
Coordinate with other internal ICT (Information and Communication
Technology) or supplier teams as needed (e.g. architecture, global
projects, and functional streams).
Project management across all phases of the project lifecycle including:
- Develop technical plans by collaborating with development agency,
- Track, escalate and manage risks & issues and scope
- Coordinate technical activities and acceptance of the solution.
*The qualified candidate will have: *
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems,
Engineering or related.
• 5 years’ experience working as a solution architect building Web,
Mobile, and Internet Of Things Projects.
Experience building cloud apps and services on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience in Web Roles, Worker Roles, SQL Azure, Azure Service
Bus, Azure Storage, API Manager, Azure AD, Web APIs, etc.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5/CSS3 and
JavaScript, REST Web Services, APIs, Responsive Web Designs,
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load
balancers, hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security etc) and have
experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution
• Good knowledge of Application Development and Maintenance
(including a basic understanding of various programming languages, SOA,
RESTFul APIs)
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams to ensure a
timely and on-budget project completion.
• Experience project managing and integrating with IOT / Service
Delivery platforms, SAP, MS Dynamics, mainframe, web portals, cloud
architecture, REST web services, etc.
• Strong leadership ability and communication skills.
• Microsoft Azure certification is preferred.
• Proven success in product incubation, business development, and
product / App Launches.
*Nice to have:*
Prior experience working for/with a heavy equipment manufacturer.
