*Job Location:* Whippany, NJ *Job Responsibilities:* - Lead efforts on designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages. - Hands-on development while leading a team of onshore and offshore developers. - Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis - Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) - Software modeling and simulation - Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. - Support, maintain and document software functionality - Integrate software with existing systems - Maintain standards compliance - Write and perform code-based unit testing, while setting up CI/CD pipeline *Skills and Experience Required:* - Must have over 7 years of professional experience in development and deployment of various object oriented and web Enterprise Applications using .Net technologies. - Extensive AWS experience (API Gateway, AWS Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB, S3, RDS, SQS, AWS Identity and access management, AWS Cloud Watch, Amazon EBS and Amazon CloudFront) - Implementation experience with object-oriented principles, software design patterns, and SOLID Principles. - Serverless architecture experience - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using .Net, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, REST API/Services, - Practical experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines (preferably with VSTS). - Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, good judgment, proactive, self-motivated, ability to resolve conflict & clear any confusion, able to adapt to a fast growing environment. - Ability to mentor and provide direction, instructions and guidance to junior developers and offshore team as needed.
