*UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a full-stack Sr. NET Programmer Analyst skilled in Angular 4.0 or higher, .NET Core and MVC to support the modernization of a mission critical content management system. * *This is a multi-year project requiring an in-person interview at client site in Brooklyn, NY.* *Client: NYC (DOE) Department of Education, Brooklyn, NY* * Start Date: July 1st * *35 billable hours per week NOTE: In person interview.* *Mandatory Skills/Experience:* · 8 years of applicable work experience designing and developing Web applications using Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server · 8 years of experience with MS SQL Server, designing database tables, stored procedures and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages · At least 2+ years of experience in Angular 4.0 or higher using for application design and development · Must 3+ years of -hands on experience developing applications in .NET Core and MVC 4 or higher · 4 years of experience with .Net Web Services, WCF or Web API · 6 years of experience working on reporting tools like Crystal Reports or Cognos BI. · 4 years of experience in MVC, including Entity Framework, Telerik/Kendo controls · 4 years of experience with HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, Angular JS, JSON, JavaScript, Bootstrap · 4 years of working experience in Test Driven Development (TDD). · 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology. · Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences. · Experience with responsive and/or adaptive design. · Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment. · Familiarity with NoSQL solutions such as Redis. · Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus architecture. · Cloud architecture, development, deployment and hosting experience with Azure. · Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms like OAuth2, OpenID and SAML. · Ability to design and implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at a high-level to meet the service levels associated with mission-critical solutions. · Ability to define and implement migration strategies from legacy systems to new architecture and technologies. *Responsibilities:* - Develops and implements phases of the computerized system development life cycle, including conceptual design, software development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements of applications utilizing Visual Studio .Net with SQL Server for data management and Active Directory for identity management, in accordance with Department of Education standards. - Analyze requirements and data access needs, propose file, and screen designs.
