*Location: West Bend WI * *Duration: 3 month contract – Most likely will extend up to Q1 of 2020* Scrum Master Charter The scrum master is responsible for coaching the scrum team* in agile methodology and metrics to achieve high performing, self-managed, predictable, high-value delivery. Essential Responsibilities 1. Coaching and Guiding the scrum team(s) and organization to use agile/scrum practices, to create self-managed teams, and facilitate agile ceremonies while coaching scrum teams in decision making and conflict resolution. 2. Servant Leader who fosters an environment of open communication and trust with an emphasis on problem solving and improvement. Acts as a team liaison to product owners, delivery leads, other agile teams, shared services, and extended stakeholders. Facilitates management of the Agile Release Train (ART), Program Increment (PI) planning, assisting with internal and external communications, improving transparency and information sharing. 3.
