Dot Net platform environment and develop new Android and IOS applications
utilizing Xamarin,
C# for our Mobile software platform. The resource will work with current
MPA technical staff to
design, develop, test, and implement a Dot Net web-based solution that will
utilize the current
Port Operation Security System (POSS) Oracle database. The ideal candidate
should have
database first with Entity Framework experience preferably with Oracle 12c
data base.

*Description of work:*

Perform SDLC functions associated with the development, enhancement,
integration of Engineering applications in a Microsoft Windows environment
utilizing the .Net framework and Web protocols. Will be working with
project teams that are led by a Project Manager.

*Projects are MPEL, eMCMS and MMS*

1. The Maryland Product Evaluation List (MPEL) provides a repository
consisting of findings from the evaluation and testing of new and/or
proprietary, engineered transportation products. Registered vendors can
submit requests for evaluation of their products by the Maryland Department
of Transportation.

2. The Materials Management System (MMS) is used to track, record,
evaluate, analyze and review the quality of materials used on construction
projects.

3. The electronic Maryland Construction Management System (eMCMS) is used
by field by field personnel on the project site t6o manage and track
contractor manpower, equipment usage, and item usage on SHA bid item
contracts.
