   - Assess requirements, design, develop/code and support technical
   solutions (full stack)
   - Deliver high-quality designs/code complies with software engineering
   principles and best practices
   - Analyze legacy technical solutions, designs and codebases, and
   transform them into future-proof technical solutions
   - Follow coding standards, use source control management systems
   (Subversion, git, etc.),
   - Produce automated unit testing and build scripts
   - produced detailed (low-level) software technical designs
   - Identify, analyze, and document technical requirements and systems
   specifications
   - Collaborate with other project team and key stakeholders to groom the
   requirements, estimate the effort and define task dependencies
   - Refactor, optimize and consistently improve the efficiency and health
   of the code
   - Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and trends



Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft .NET Core, C#, XML, XSLT, JavaScript,
RESTful services, Microservices, Entity Framework Core, Angular (or) React
(or) Vue JS

§  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

§  Great engineering skills with minimum 3-5 years of professional
experience in software development

§  Expertise in developing applications with Microsoft .NET technologies
(.NET Framework and .NET Core)

§  Exposure to architectural/design patterns of an enterprise level web
application with good understanding about web standards and concepts

§  Familiarity with server architectures, RESTful services, microservices
and distributed systems

§  Very good understanding in end-to-end software development life cycle

§  Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, and attention to
detail

§  Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL database technologies

§  Ability to clearly communicate designs, thoughts, and ideas and ability
to adjust the communications based on the audience

§  Ability to guide and mentor junior team members

§  Experience in following agile methodology and/or working in scrum teams
