*Location: Dallas, TX | Mt Laurel, NJ | Minneapolis, MN | Century City, CA*



*Required:*

· Experience with SF Sales or Service Cloud

· Experience with Force.com platform – hands on development for 2
years minimum developing custom objects, Apex triggers and Visualforce
components

· Experience with CTI (Computer Telephony Interface) plug-ins for
Salesforce such as Five9, Cisco, RingCentral, Avaya etc.

· Understanding of Telephony interface call routing, queuing and
data integration with Salesforce

· Development using VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, Java
Script, Lightning API.

· Background with architecture concepts (integration styles,
architecture styles, patterns).

· Salesforce Certified System Architect certification(Preferred).

· Strategic thinker with extensive experience working on Solutions
Architecture in Digital, and Omnichannel areas.

· Hands-on experience building Lightning Components.

· Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they
influence design.

· Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the
platform (e.g. API and governor limits).

· Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous
technical issues.

· Creativity & Critical Thinking.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
