Certified preferred*. - *Cisco- Nexus XOS, 9k, Cisco Catalyst switches*. - Eye on stability - 1 -2 operating system upgrades per year. 1-2 changes per month. - Mainly, Operational Tech Support. Monitoring the environment in the chance that any of the recently upgraded switches have issues. - There is an onsite lab and hot swap. - NTT Professional services installing all the Cisco gear. - 4 switches starting and end at 28 switches. - Factory setting experience is a big plus. - Critical to maintain operation, outage over 2 hours will shut down their manufacturing. - 2 Shutdown weeks annually- Christmas and one week in July. - This is a Cigarette manufacturing facility.
