   - Ability to delegate and assign tasks effectively.
   - Familiar with project management-specific tools like MS Project and

   - Competent in metrics reporting and analysis techniques to support
   quantitative project management.



*Demonstrated Experience:*

   - Good experience in executing development & maintenance projects with
   team size of 30+  that have ambitious target under constrained environment
   - Proven track records in handling aggressive targets and highly
   demanding customer requirements
   - Efficient planning and resource loading and continuous improvement on
   delivery targets
   - Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders to
   achieve the desired outcome
   - Establish successful governance model and practice throughout project
   duration
   - Good experience in issue management planning, monitoring, control and
