Candidates must be functional Business Analysts with experience supporting Oracle HCM/Payroll applications. - Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements, continuously identify functionality gaps and solutions for configuration, reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions, and create and maintain all documentation for application set-ups - Support Oracle HCM for multiple US locations - Collaborate with functional areas of the business and IT to identify, evaluate and implement new enhancements, integrations, business processes and technologies to drive HR performance improvements - Provide day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Oracle HCM - Serve as lead for simple to complex project tasks and/or work threads *Core Competencies:* *Essential* - Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a record of exceeding customer expectations - Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide optimal solutions - Experience in Employee Data Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition, HR Helpdesk - Experience in implementing and supporting HRIS systems - External, customer-facing, business consulting experience - Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions using Oracle HCM - Able to qualify for a US Government clearance *Qualifications:* - 6+ Years Oracle HCM experience - 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting a Human Resource and payroll service groups. - 4 year Degree or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
