   - *Overview:*

The Scrum Master is the servant leader for the team and must be able to 
ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.

The Scrum Master is accountable for guiding, coaching, teaching and 
assisting team in Scrum / Agile principles and driving process improvement.

The Scrum Master, works with the team to deliver value and coordinates 
within and outside of the team to facilitate the completion of the team’s 
backlog.

 

*Main Responsibilities*

   - Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices 
      and values to delight customers
      - Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps 
      left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
      - Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming 
      and maintaining the product backlog
      - Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
      - Building a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on 
      healing and problem-solving
      - Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or 
      dictating the work
      - Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
      - Assisting with internal and external communication, improving 
      transparency, and radiating information
   - Requirements:

*Required skills/Experience*

   - 5+ years of experience in playing the Scrum Master role on a software 
      development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, 
practices, 
      and theory
      - Ability to interact with multiple scrum teams and on site / off 
      shore team members
      - Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Jira, 
      Confluence, SharePoint)
      - Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques:
         - User Stories
         - Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
         - Test-driven development (TDD)
         - Continuous Integration
         - Continuous Testing
         - Pairing
         - Automated Testing
         - Agile Games
      - Experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns 
      and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum 
      approach:
         - Various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, 
         handling bugs, etc.
      - Excellent communication and mentoring skills
   
*Preferred Skills/Experience*

   - CSM, PSM, or ACP or another Scrum Master agile certification
      - Experience in Scrum within the automotive industry
   


*Title: Sr. Java Developer*

*Location: Appleton, WI*

*Duration: 12 Months*

 

Top 3 Requirements:

1.       5+ years as software developer proficient in Java, Spring, Spring 
Boot, SOAP and REST•

2.       Experience with Linux, Docker, Mule, Maven, Jenkins, JSON, and XML

3.       Proven experience in enterprise integration solutions

The Lead Engineer will lead work on multiple facets of Enterprise 
Information Management to include analysis, design, development, testing, 
implementation and support. The Lead Information Management Engineer will 
provide leadership in data integration.

Key Responsibility:


   - Looking for a Node.js Lead to work on AWS Cloud whose responsible will 
   be to develop of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the 
   central database
   - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
   - Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and 
   performant applications
   - Implementation of security and data protection
   - Integration of data storage solutions
   - Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express,

   - 8-10 years of experience in Java stack. Minimum 2-3 yrs of working

   - Worked on projects with microservices architecture.
   - Strong DB concepts and hands on experience with Postgres.
   - Should have experience in Message Queue tools like RabbitMQ
   - Exposure to API gateway like zuul
   - Strong communication skills and ability to interface with the customer 
   to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
   - Minimum 2 of experience working in Agile (Scrum) projects.
   - Technical skills
      - Java, Sprint boot, Webservices
      - Gradle
      - jHipster
      - REST API design
   
Good to have

   - Should be familiar with Jira as a tool
   - Knowledge on media domain (videos and its related activities) is a plus
   - Exposure to MySQL & DynamoDB is a plus
   - NetFlix Zuul not absolutely required but a big plus
   - Experience in application deployment using docker
