Identified onsite cutover manager would be accountable to the quality delivery of all assigned tasks agreed during cutover period from a project management perspective. *Skills required:* - Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management related with Oracle EBS, Cloud and IT Infrastructure experience with implementations of IT services in accordance with Cloud Service models of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS - Experience managing full life cycle implementations of Cloud Projects , ideally Supply chain/finance applications - Must have experience successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, with team sizes ranging from 15-30 resources - At least 2 years of experience leading the cutover activities - Knowledge of relevant ITIL, internal audit, and risk-management standards *Scope of Activities* - Lead the cutover activities , track progress, resolve issues collaboratively, gather signoff on agreed tasks. - Act as a point of contact with internal and external IT service providers to ensure that project objective are met - Need to ensure effective coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders during cutover period - Religious follow-u on the action items, pending tasks to ensure that deadlines are met - Effective Risk management is a must - Setting up review meetings, coordination meetings, circulating MoM's to relevant stakeholders; Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer *Soft Skills:* - Proficient project management, leadership, team building, meeting management, problem resolution, risk management and decision-making skills - Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
