Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes. Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration and consolidation projects. Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains. Ability to develop integrated solutions. Ability to work with senior customer representatives and align technical objectives to business strategy. Contribution to thought leadership in the Oracle functional space.
