Hello

Tnahk you for your attention. The new 1.5 tarball contains all
i need... i did not pay enough attention to it .

I'm now trying hardly to compile it on FreeBSD *with* LDAP
support, but it seems that just setting the /usr/local/include
and lib paths in the env does not do it...

Thank you, and i will watch carefully the apparition of
the updated port.

[courier-users] Building the latest CVS snapshot

2002-06-23 Thread Gregoire Huet

Hello

I'm using Courier-imap to build big and strong pop/imap/webmail toasters,
and i like very much the new LDAP_MAILROOT feature in the authldap module.

- Is it safe to use the actual CVS snapshot in a production system ?

- How to solve the following error on a FreeBSD 4.5-Rel, knowing
that there is already a Courier-imap 1.4.3 installed from the ports
(with all the autoconf, automake, libtool,...)

$sh autobloat
You should add the contents of `/usr/local/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to
`aclocal.m4'.
aclocal: configure.in: 13: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
$

I have tried to copy the file :

$cp /usr/local/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 aclocal.m4
$sh autobloat
aclocal: configure.in: 13: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
$

I have even taken the from-the-port aclocal.m4 file, but the
script complains 'You should update your `aclocal.m4' by running aclocal.'

Thank you very much for any help

Greg
