Re: [Coworking] Hello / Fridge Question

2016-11-07 Thread Tony Bacigalupo
Hey Whitney, wow! For that many members, I'd imagine the space would have
many kitchens.

I had a space with ~150 members and one fridge was barely enough to handle
all of the abandoned leftovers.

Is this space still under development, or can the plan still be modified?

One more thing: get a wholesale supply of forks!

Re: [Coworking] Re: Member Mail

2016-11-07 Thread Melissa Tapper Goldman
This is super helpful, thanks everyone.

I'm curious whether spaces have restrictions on packages versus mail and
how you lay the parameters out when you talk to prospective members looking
for a mailing address.

Size of packages? #? Are you liable if packages getting damaged or stolen?

My main concern is having packages pile up. I do NOT have a lot of extra
space on site, and certainly nowhere to store large packages under lock and
key.

[Coworking] Introducing: Rubberdesk - Sharing desk space

2016-11-07 Thread Jim Groves
Hi,

We've recently set up a coworking marketplace (rubberdesk.com) and wanted
to introduce it to the group and share some feedback from the first few
months:

First the background:

   - Started in Australia
   - We've a few thousand desks available
   - We are free to list
   - Our Public Liability Insurance covers Guests and Hosts (I have to add
   that conditions apply)

What we've seen:

   1. There's a real shortage of B and C grade commercial premises in the
   Australian Cities
   2. Small businesses are increasing their usage of serviced offices
   3. Businesses with spare desk space are joining the coworking movement
   and renting desks
   4. The average desk in Australia is ~AUD600 / month

We're really keen on adding more members to the platform and keen to hear
from anyone with space to rent!

Thanks
Jim

[Coworking] Re: Connecting Cowork Creators

2016-11-07 Thread wayne
I'm game. There's energy here in VT to connect the existing spaces and in
development spaces AND I'm realizing there's much I can learn as I run down
the path of creating a space in my hometown. Also, seeing the potential to
build out the network and connect with other independent spaces in New
England and upstate NY.

[Coworking] Re: Best CRM for coworking space management

2016-11-07 Thread Кирилл Иванов
Hi there! Now we are developing coworking management system. Unfortunately
our website is only available in Russian. Until the end of 2016 we will
release a multilingual version. MVP: manage, sales, analysts and many
integrations.
