Hi Harsh,
I am also a new comer, and my place haven't open yet, but I think there are
some important things you need to know before you move:
1: Decide who are you costumers, are you going to have private rooms? make
your membership plans, and make your marketing plans.
2: Decide your hours, are you going to open 24/7? you might want to look
Access Control System.
3: Decide your management platform, if you are not going to hire a
developer(which I highly recommend not to), you might want to choose one.
4: Build a website, which can be done by yourself.
There are millions of small pieces you need to put together, I believe
someone more experienced in this group can give you good advices, and ask
whatever questions you have.
