  FYI ; cpan-rsync.perl.org is the CPAN master server ;
  it serves up the content of CPAN.

If something fails overnight in California, it generally won't be noticed
until the morning.  I fixed the issue a few hours ago.

The best place to notify of issues like this, in most cases, is webmaster
at perl.org.
