The original plan was to release Sapphire 10 for Neon, but work on v10 was not completed due to other priorities. As a consequence, we are falling back to the latest service release (9.0.5) for Neon.
As far as I know, there are no consumers of Sapphire on the train, so no one on the train would be affected by this change. If that’s not the case, please send a note to sapphire-...@eclipse.org and we will look at other options. Thanks, - Konstantin
