I committed the Python guilds, and fixed the most obvious mistakes - some may 
be left, of course :)

[crossfire] Python guilds

Hello.

The patch http://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=1782975 completes the 
Python-based guilds, with all items and such.

Did anyone test them? I merely glanced through the editor, and they seem fine.

If no one objects, I'll commit them in a few days/weeks.
