Now we just need the gotv demos to work, then we’re fit for fight! (Recorded

One of the latest micro updates break win32 server csgo servers when having
tv_enable 1.

its possible to have tv_enable 0 when lauching server, then tv_enable 1,
the minut a player joins the server it crashes.
