If I'm following you, I'd float:left both the input and label. Adjust as needed.

Re: [css-d] Label Wrap

2013-08-12 Thread Karl DeSaulniers
So this check box is in a responsive layout and when the page is shrunk width
wise, the text wraps. This is good, except the text wraps under the check box.
I want it to be flush with the right side of the check box and not to go under
it.

[css-d] Centering wide site on phones

2013-08-12 Thread J.C. Berry
Hello all, how can a wide site, say 1170px, that is centered (by a negative
margin, position absolute, and left of 50%) be styled to only align left on
smaller screens (e.g. phones)? Right now, of course, the logo and left nav
goes off left on the screen. I already know how to use media queries to
serve up diff CSS, but is there another way without media queries? Thanks
in advance.

So it turns out that the Mailman server software crashed at almost
exactly the same time I was going through an unexpected, forced upgrade
of my laptop and e-mail client. In all the upheaval, I completely

Hi folks,

Normally I frown heavily on people posting test messages to the
list, but given that I've had reports of bounces, seen some odd
behaviors in related services, and no traffic in a couple of weeks, I
felt I should test the list. If this gets through to the list members,
please ignore it entirely, and accept my apologies for the unfortunate
