Well, it depends on your underlying design as to which of many methods will work well for you. Can you provide a bit more information, such as -- is this a fixed width design or fluid? what is the current structure of the page? ... If you have a sample mock-up of the unadorned page you could post online, I'm sure we can help you. As it is, we can only guess.
