CTAN update: etoc

2016-09-10 Thread CTAN Announcements
Jean-François Burnol submitted an update to the

etoc

package.

Version number: 1.08g (2015/08/29 -- doc 2016/09/09) 2016-09-09
License type: lppl1.3

Summary description: Completely customisable TOCs

Announcement text:
--
This is an update to the documentation only. A new section has
been added to show how to replicate (not exactly, but closely) the
book class using etoc lingua. Thus, copying pasting this will
allow easy small adjustments like changing lengths (horizontal or
vertical) and fonts. A more advanced macro allows for some lengths
of this book class design parameters to adjust automatically to
the widest encountered numbers, such as XXXLVIII if present in the
(global or local) TOCs. Thanks to Denis Bitouzé who asked for the
documentation to contain such ready-to-use etoc code.
