Thousands of soldiers and 500 combat vehicles will take part in “Peace Mission 2007”, organised by the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia. Russian officials have also proposed an alliance between the SCO and a body representing most of the former Soviet republics. Scores of Russian and Chinese aircraft begin joint exercises tomorrow before a week of military manoeuvres from Thursday that will include Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. At least 6,500 troops are involved in what is described as an antiterror exercise. Colonel-General Vladimir Moltenskoi, the deputy commander of Russian ground forces, said: “The exercise will involve practically all SCO members for the first time in its history.” Staff officers from Uzbekistan, the sixth SCO member, will also attend in what is being regarded as a major extension of the organisation’s capabilities. The SCO was founded as a nonmilitary alliance in 2001 to combat drugs and weapons smuggling as well as terrorism and separatism in the region. It has since developed a role in regional trade and is increasingly regarded by Moscow and Beijing as a counterweight to US global influence. The secretary-general of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) called last week for joint military exercises with the SCO. Nikolai Bordyuzha said that the body representing Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan should work with the SCO to guarantee security across the region. Mr Bordyuzha has already announced a CSTO plan to create a large military force capable of assisting a member state in the event of an attack. A rapid-reaction force is already based in Central Asia and there are plans for a common air defence system covering most of the former Soviet Union. Leaders of SCO member states will meet in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital, next week for their annual summit. Turkmenistan will also attend for the first time, while Mongolia, Iran, India and Pakistan have observer status. Igor Ivanov, the head of Russian security, played down concerns in May that the SCO was evolving into a military alliance to counter the expansion of Nato into Asia as part of the War on Terror. But MPs on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee expressed fears last year that the West could be on a collision course in the struggle for energy resources with “an authoritarian bloc opposed to democracy” that was based on an alliance between China and Russia. A newly assertive Russia, flush with oil and gas revenues, is moving rapidly to increase its military capability amid tensions with the West over missile defence and Nato expansion. But are new drugs to hold back the years really the right answer?: Puberty is an unsettling stage in anyone's life, but if it happens at an age when you are still playing with dolls, it can be very worrying indeed. She was just seven when her periods started, an event which distanced Lucia from her classmates and led to unexplained medical examinations which terrified her. 'I felt completely alone and alienated, with this horrible secret,' she recalls 12 years later. 'I knew I was different from everyone else, but I didn't know what was happening. 'My mum had to tell the school, and they tried to make sure no one found out what was going on. Because of my periods, I was allowed to use a different loo from the other girls. Lucia Reed was only seven when she started her period 'Lessons like P.E. and swimming were a complete nightmare. I got teased because I had to wear a bra. So I used to pretend to have headaches and colds to get out of any sport. 'I also had to cope with terrible acne, greasy hair and huge mood swings. But I was much too embarrassed to discuss it with any of my friends. It wasn't until everyone else caught up with me at secondary school that I started to feel able to talk about it. 'My friends couldn't believe it when I finally told them - they said they felt really sorry for me. 'The scariest part was that because I looked older than I was, men would come on to me as though I was an adult.' Doctors are increasingly worried about the number of girls - and boys - being referred to specialists because of this phenomenon of 'precocious' puberty. The normal age at which puberty starts in both boys and girls has dropped by about two years since the 19th century, to 14 for boys and 12 for girls. This is largely due to improved nutrition - onset of puberty is believed to be triggered by physical size. Another theory is that the epidemic of obesity is to blame. But modern social conditions may also be a contributory factor. Research suggests that children from broken homes experience earlier puberty. The stress of family breakdown apparently alters the balance of growth hormones and other chemicals in the body, speeding up a child's physical development. Absent fathers may be another cause. American researchers have found that biological fathers send out chemical signals that inhibit their daughters' sexual maturity. Girls whose fathers had left home started their periods earlier. Early puberty has even been linked to watching too much television. A few years ago, Italian scientists found that children who watched three hours a day produced less of the sleep hormone melatonin - low levels of the hormone play an important role in the timing of puberty. But perhaps more worrying is the theory that it's exposure to environmental chemicals which is causing the drop in the age of puberty. These chemicals mimic the effect of hormones, disrupting the normal timing of sexual maturing. Whatever the cause, growing numbers of children are being deprived of childhood and are turning, physically, into mini-adults at an increasingly young age. But without the emotional maturity to deal with these changes, they are vulnerable to exploitation. In Britain, it is now estimated that up to [17% of] children under ten are affected. Indeed, there is a belief that schoolgirls as young as six are entering puberty. In order to discover whether puberty really is arriving earlier, scientists are keeping track of 12,000 teenagers born in a 20-month period in what was the county of Avon (the group are now aged 14 to 15). The Children Of The 90s study, as it is known, has already noted that breast development in the girls was happening at an earlier age than in previous generations. Meanwhile, as highlighted in a forthcoming BBC radio programme, a debate is raging in the medical profession about what should be done about this trend: should powerful drugs, normally used to treat cancer, be routinely prescribed to young children to block the hormonal changes taking place in their bodies; or should the medically defined normal age range for onset of puberty simply be adjusted downwards so that the increasing number of children reaching sexual maturity while still at primary school are no longer

This is all based on statements by an alleged FBI agent by the name of Darlene Novinger. Cannon quotes from Rodney Stitch's book Defrauding America: She worked on Operation Nimbus, investigating large-scale drug smuggling on the Eastern seaboard. The investigation revealed the narcotics operation of a powerful Lebanese family living in Miami and Jamaica, which was also tied to the Lebanese fascist Phalange. Family's name is Smatt, headed by William Smatt. And Novinger said the Smatt operation implicated VP Bush and son Jeb. Well, maybe. The most complete account of these allegations that I have found can be located in a three part interview in the magazine Contact, available online at The Phoenix Archives. http://www.phoenixarchives.com/contact/index-1997.html Apparently Novinger was a contract agent, rather than a graduate of the FBI Academy, and I have been unable to find any confirmation of an Operation Nimbus. She also allegedly recorded for Atlantic Records under the name Darlene Masi, a fact I cannot confirm. Smatt may or may not have been involved in the cocaine trafficking but he certainly did a lot of cocaine according to his book A Millionaire's Cocaine Encounter. The book is a very believable account of the attraction and the horror of cocaine addiction. Believable that is, except for one part -- Smatt's account of how he came to do cocaine in the first place. One hot and sultry day in 1982 the door bell to his mansion rang and at the door: There, standing in the doorway was a vision - more divine and more perfect than I believed possible. She was tall and elegant and incrediby beautiful. Her hair glistened in the late afternoon sun and her perfune was intoxicating. Her hazel eyes were deep and they flashed excitement. Her smile simply took my breath away. The outfit she was wearing left absolutely nothing to the imagination. She was dressed in a red wet-look suit. I was so captivated and mesmerized by her awesome beauty that I was stunned into silence. The woman addressed him by name and he invited her in. Over champagne she whipped out a pipe and they shared $500 worth of cocaine that she happened to have on her. Well, maybe, but the thought did occur to me that this might be a cover story. One also wonders if perhaps Smatt might have sampled other, more hallucinogenic, drugs. If so, that might explain his second book The Messiah. For the Messiah you see is George W. Bush, as revealed to the author in a vision by three sprits. I assume he means spirits, but then perhaps not as he repeats the first spelling a few lines later. The sprits told him to write a book. Throughout the book the author refers to Bush as the Messiah, the Chosen One, the Annointed one, the Peacekeeper, generally in bold type like that. Now, to be fair, Smatt does say that he is using the term Messiah in the Jewish not the Christian sense, so presumably the President was not born of a virgin. There is one word that possibly can sum up his efforts ... LOVE. President George W. Bush is teaching the world how to love they fellow man. Actually, I might choose a different word, but no matter. George Bush was chosen and annointed as the Messiah at he moment of 9/11. Smatt admits that Bush was perhaps momentarily stunned by the events of that day, but soon, chosen by divine destiny, mastered his situation. Two officials at leading Communist Party bodies have given interviews in recent days warning -- for the first time -- that Beijing may use its $1.33 trillion (£658bn) of foreign reserves as a political weapon to counter pressure from the US Congress. Shifts in Chinese policy are often announced through key think tanks and academies. Described as China's nuclear option in the state media, such action could trigger a dollar crash at a time when the US currency is already breaking down through historic support levels. It would also cause a spike in US bond yields, hammering the US housing market and perhaps tipping the economy into recession. It is estimated that China holds over $900bn in a mix of US bonds. Xia Bin, finance chief at the Development Research Centre (which has cabinet rank), kicked off what now appears to be government policy with a comment last week that Beijing's foreign reserves should be used as a bargaining chip in talks with the US. Of course, China doesn't want any undesirable phenomenon in the global financial order, he added. He Fan, an official at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, went even further today, letting it be known that Beijing had the power to set off a dollar collapse if it choose to do so. China has accumulated a large sum of US dollars. Such a big sum, of which a considerable portion is in US treasury bonds, contributes a great deal to maintaining the position of the dollar as a reserve currency. Russia, Switzerland, and several other countries have reduced the their dollar holdings. China is unlikely to follow suit as long as the yuan's exchange rate is stable against the dollar. The Chinese central bank will be forced to sell dollars once the yuan appreciated dramatically, which might lead to a mass depreciation of the dollar, he told China Daily. The threats play into the presidential electoral campaign of Hillary Clinton, who has called for restrictive legislation to prevent America being held hostage to economic decicions being made in Beijing, Shanghai, or Tokyo. She said foreign control over 44pc of the US national debt had left America acutely vulnerable. Simon Derrick, a currency strategist at the Bank of New York Mellon, said the comments were a message to the US Senate as Capitol Hill prepares legislation for the Autumn session. The words are alarming and unambiguous. This carries a clear political threat and could have very serious consequences at a time when the credit markets are already afraid of contagion from the subprime troubles, he said. A bill drafted by a group of US senators, and backed by the Senate Finance Committee, calls for trade tariffs against Chinese goods as retaliation for alleged currency manipulation. During the buildup to the U.S.-led invasion in 2003, French Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, who will become head of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue Sept. 1, had criticized the U.S. government's plan of preventative war and said a unilateral war against Iraq would be a crime against peace. In a recent interview with the Italian magazine 30 Giorni, the cardinal said his early criticisms had been prophetic. The facts speak for themselves. Alienating the international community (with the U.S. push for war) was a mistake, he said in the magazine's Aug. 10 issue. A copy of the interview was released in advance to journalists. He said an unjust approach was used to unseat Saddam from power, resulting in the mounting chaos in Iraq today. Power is in the hands of the strongest -- the Shiites -- and the country is sinking into a sectarian civil war (between Sunni and Shiite Muslims) in which not even Christians are spared, he said. Christians, paradoxically, were more protected under the dictatorship, he said. Cardinal Tauran is a longtime veteran of the Vatican's diplomatic service and a specialist in international affairs. He was Pope John Paul II's foreign minister, the official who dealt with all aspects of the Vatican's foreign policy from 1990 to 2003. He said his new appointment as head of the interreligious dialogue council carries great responsibility but that he also sees it as a new chapter in my service to the Holy See. The cardinal will be responsible for overseeing the Vatican's dialogue efforts with representatives of non-Christian religions, including Islam. His June 25 appointment alleviated concerns that Pope Benedict XVI's temporary merger of the presidencies of the Vatican's interreligious dialogue council with the Pontifical Council for Culture indicated a downgrading of the Vatican's interfaith efforts. Cardinal Tauran told 30 Giorni, We have to do everything so that religions spread brotherhood and not hatred. The Vatican's efforts at bridge-building with Muslims hit a speed bump when the pope's remarks on Islam in a September speech in Regensburg, Germany, prompted negative reactions across the Muslim world. When asked if the pope's Regensberg address had compromised the Vatican's dialogue efforts with Muslims, the cardinal replied, At first, yes. But later, especially during his subsequent trip to Turkey, the pope explained himself very well, the cardinal said. He said Pope Benedict has great respect for Muslims. The controversies that arose after Regensburg only highlighted the importance of having a specific Vatican department dedicated to dialogue with Islam and other religions, he said. Thank God the erroneous interpretations of the Regensburg speech did not stop the development of relations -- diplomatic, too -- with Islamic nations, he said, giving the example of the recent establishment of full diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Vatican. Cardinal Tauran said that as head of the Vatican's interreligious dialogue office he would use as his guide the Second Vatican Council's declaration on relations with non-Christian religions, Nostra Aetate. To examine everything humanity has in common ... and to appreciate how much truth and holiness there is in other religions would be some of the council's goals, he said. But the quest to understand others will leave room to courageously pay witness to the way, truth, and life of Jesus, he said. In this sense, he said, our road map is obviously the declaration 'Dominus Iesus,' the 2000 document of the Vatican Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith which said Christ and the Catholic Church are necessary for salvation. Interreligious dialogue should not promote the idea that all religions are equal, he said, but that all religions which are seeking God must be respected because they have the same dignity. The outlines of a Hillary Clinton's presidency would look like the following: * Peronism as the official ideology (A combination of fascist slogans such patriotism, nationalism, Americanism with socialist slogans such as Corporations are evil and increased taxes on Corporations to help the poor) * Domestic Terrorism as the main focus to assault ordinary citizens and enahnce the police role * Selling the US infrastructure to foriegn investors * Housing Market Crash to re-organize the Middle Class * Stock Market Crash to re-organize the economic and power structure of the Corporations in the US economy * Limiting and eliminating Civil Liberties * Assault on the Second Amendment (The Right to bear arms for citizens) * More people in jails and Increased use of prison slave labor in production * Mr. Obama and his social base the african-american community will be used to assault the whites such as the blue collar workers * Increased power for corporation's Human Resource departments that is equivalent of Police Department for Corporations * Capitulate to the European Union economic demands on trade and compensate the loss with assaults on the American People. In other words American people will be turned to cheap labor working for Europeans. * Low dollar value against Euro. * Police as the main base of power * See here for background information In summary Hillary Clinton's presidency is a general assault on the civil society both on corporations and ordinary people. This will be a more calculated assault with ideological and political preparations. This assault should be contrasted to their previous assault on Civil society under the previous Clinton administration which failed due to the lack of an oraganized strategy. The main focus of a Hillary Clinton's administration is the assault on Corporations as the last base of indpendent power in civil society. It will use slogans such as US government is run by corporations to distract attention from the power elite's role in the US government. To undermine the independent power of Corporations, outsourcing is introduced on a massive scale in order to control the Corporation's workforce. This way the leadership of Corporations are isolated from its workforce and Corporations are turned into a empty facade in which the government will actually be running the corporations and making all major decisions. The outcome of this strategy is the gradual emergence of US as a second Mexico. Americans who were under illusions about the nature of power elite, will gradually understand and recognize that they are living in a different country and the good old US is only a memory from the past. This is in contrast to Bush Administration focus on foriegn enemies and avoiding domestic conflicts. Under Hillary Clinton's presidency the American People will look back and consider Bush presidency as the last time when people could still recognize US as their country Bush administration is a Bonapartist state. But its main power base was military. Hillary Clinton's administration will be also a Bonapartist state although it will be a decaying Bonapartist state. It will shift its power base to the police. Hillary Clinton's presidency will end with the US emerging as a second Mexico or will end with a Revolution. A Bonapartist state is a state where the elite has lost its social base and is using military or the police or the state bureaucracy or a combination of these forces to rule. The only exception to this historical trend is if the state bureacracy intervenes and changes the direction. Predicting such possibility, the power elite has started its propoganda campaign against bureacracy and calling the bureacracy for Profit Mongers. In a newly published book by Mr. Tim Weiner: The Legacy of Ashes,which supposed to be a definitive history of the CIA he accuses Mr. Kofer Black, a CIA elite in counter-terrorism for profit mongering because he was outsourced to Blackwater Corp. CIA has replied that Mr. Kofer Black was forced out of CIA and he did not leave voluntarily. We will hear more of these labels soon from the power elite.
