-Caveat Lector- My understanding is that Military and Drug wars are profit centers for Bankers and the "Military industrial complex", and are primarily orchestrated by the Council on Foreign Relations and the Tri Lateralists. It appears that nearly all of the American media (read propaganda) is owned and or operated in whole or in part by CFR and TC members. I see the ad execs and media moguls laughing. Their little ploy worked. They have offered the smoke-screen of "an equal amount of free advertising in return" to make it appear that they are 'giving to the cause' instead of 'sucking the profits from' the war on drugs. One leans over the mirror with a rolled $100 bill in his nose. He closes his left nostril; sucks hard with his right. He sees his reflection. He smiles. He looks up at his colleague and winks.
