I am a radio & TV station eng. and Ham Radio Operator and I can tell you
the first three frequencies are not cell phone -- They operate in the
800--900 MHZ range. Not FM radio it operates in the 88 to 108 MHZ
range and CB radio operates in the 26 to 28 Mega = Million cycles per
second and not in the Kilohertz = Thousands of cycles per second range.
Even if you had the frequencies you would probably need some type of
telemetry signal to get it to work properly. If it actually ever
worked in the first place ?
