Comments on the IUFOC 2001 Summer Seminar By Donald M. Ware, 5 Oct 01 excerpt Dr. Richard Sauder, author of a new book, Underwater and Underground Bases, amazed many with his comments and slides. He mentioned a US patent for a pulsed microwave transmitter to the auditory cortex. He suggested, "We are subsidizing our own mental enslavement." I wondered if there aren't other reasons for this patent. He showed 1966 evidence of extremely large undersea bases. He said that an Undersecretary of Energy is a contractor to the US Government getting large amounts of money for constructing and maintaining "miscellaneous buildings" at such bases. The Naval Facilities Engineering Service Centers on both coasts service large facilities under our continental shelves.
