Just as a point of interest. I did a check on the
location of Fort Greely, the site of the Bush
administration's proposed Star Wars missile defense
system for building a space port with a bunch of
missiles and a radar facility to track and destroy
incoming missiles...something much larger is afoot.

Fort Greely is now largely abandoned but had been used
by the US Army for its cold-testing of clothing,
tanks, personnel, weapons etc ever since WWII. Most
interesting is its location about 10 miles south of
Delta Junction, Alaska on the Richardson Highway. By
golly, that is almost right next door to the HAARP
facility which is about 11 miles north of Gakona,
Alaska. Considering Delta Junction and Gakona are
about 40 miles apart, you can do the math.

HAARP technology is now not really a "shield" as
originally envisioned by inventor Dr Eastlund, but is
now more of a radiation gun which can be
instantly aimed along various magnetic field lines out
in space at specific missiles by putting up a
temporary vertical curtain which the incoming
missiles must travel through, and thus be destroyed.

Hello Paula,
Thankyou for your questions and participation in
this extremely important subject.
I have spent nearly 2 hours reviewing my files
to find some good links for you. Many of the websites
or specific articles are "missing" or not available.
Fortunately much information is available...in fact
so much that one wonders where to start.
First, I want to establish that we are discussing
something very real and not some science fiction
story.
The U.S Patent Office has issued patents on some of
this technology. Some of the patents are classified as
SECRET and thus are not available.  However eight of
the patents are public information.
This alone establishes that we are discussing
something
that is real. The Patent Office requirements are real.
Also, there are international Treaties which seek to
prevent the use of SCALAR Technology, and specifically
as it relates to weather control/modification.
Here again, that fact treaties exist pertaining to
this technology is a solid indication that our subject
is quite real.
In addition, there have been Congressional hearings,
and Federal appropriations to research and construct
some of this technology.
So I hope we have eliminated any idea that SCALAR
Technology is not real or doesn't exist.
There is so much information, I will post a few
letters to this LIST with links and sources to
research.  Look for the Title: "Weather War"
In the meantime, here are some links to check out

Howeversome on this list will probably argue that
Greenhouse Gases are to blame and that if we don't
stop driving our SUVs, mowing our grass with
powermowers, and burning wood in our fireplaces...
that we can expect more of this kind of amazing
weatherand worse!

In fact, radical temperature changes in a very short
period, within a limited area, are a "signature"
of "scalar technology" used for weather control.
There have been several cases of this occurring.
In February 1996, San Antonio, Texas had a record
shattering 103 degrees on day, followed by 102 degrees
the next day.  Except for the Austin and San Antonio
area of central Texas, temperatures were normal.
Exactly 1 week later, central Texas was hit with
an ice storm.  This was probably a demonstration
of "Scalar-Energetics" perhaps for the benefit of
Dubya Bush.
This radical weather in Arabia may also be a
"demonstration" of this weather control capability.

But then againmaybe all of this is because
we all used too many spraycans
or because the CFCs are destroying the Ozone Layer.

Let's see what the Greenhouse Gas Gang has to say
about this.

 investigation by good scientists of conventional training, etc.),
eyewitness
 reports and the investigation of an enormous event are scientifically
 reported in the following two references (both should be read, as the

 contains additional information).

 Seamount and the Mystery Cloud of 9 April 1984," Science, Vol. 227, Feb. 8,

 In this incident, a "cold explosion" (sharply pulsed creation of convergent
 EM energy in the interference zone) was created off the Kuril Islands,
above
 the surface of the ocean.  This caused rapid cooling of the localized air,
 and a resulting sudden insurgence of surrounding air.  The result was a
 sharp upwelling of water and vapor sucked up from the surface of the ocean,
 rising rapidly to about 60,000 feet altitude, then spreading out into a
 large cloud.  Then in the top of that cloud there appeared an intensely
 glowing ball (shell) of light.  This shell of light then slowly and
steadily
 expanded as a sphere, until it reached some 300 miles diameter.  The
 electromagnetic energy in the glowing spherical shell would thus have been
 enormous.  At that time, the center of the sphere was at an altitude of
 about 200 miles.

 This is certainly not a natural phenomenon.  Nature does not make intense
 little stationary balls of light in the tops of clouds, which slowly and
 methodically expand to spheres 300 miles in diameter and remain perfect
 spheres of light.

 This is only one of many dozens of similar reports from around the world.
 Such tests were so regularly observed and reported by airline pilots flying
 the northern route between Japan to the U.S., that everyone lost interest
 and the pilots mostly ceased reporting them.

 The enormous energy density achieved by these action-at-a-distance weapons
 is particularly significant.

 I personally published citations of many of these reports I found in the
 open literature.

 The weather control referred to by Defense Secretary Cohen is often
achieved
 by using one or more scalar interferometers to produce slow heating in a
 selected small area of the atmosphere, e.g. in a chosen location over the
 United States.  That heating produces air expansion, reduces the air's
 density, and thus produces a "low pressure" area (ground pressure
 measurement).  Simultaneously, at other selected areas, slow cooling over a
 selected area is produced, resulting in more dense air and therefore a
"high
 pressure" area as measured on the ground.  By slowly moving these highs and
 lows around, the jet streams can be entrained and deviated - and in fact
