Install images now twice as large

2016-02-25 Thread tim . korn
Hello,
is there a reason why the install images are now twice as large as yesterday?

Just by the way--with the suggested way for disk encryption
(https://www.netbsd.org/docs/guide/en/chap-cgd.html) the system asks for the
key when the correct keymap is not yet set. I edit /etc/rc.d/cgd (add
wsconsctl -k -w encoding=...), but it would be better to change the boot
procedure to set the correct keymap earlier. This may also be required when
the is a issue with the file system check which requires the root password. It
is not possible to enter the password if the keymap is not set.
