I am trying to install a software package that requires MPI support. I installed OpenMPI and the C and C++ libraries for Cygwin, but my software package is looking for an -lmpich extension that it cannot find. Could someone provide me more information on what this extension is for? Is there a different package I need to install for Cygwin that has it?
