Hi Alexander zzapper Dave Reid, As you guys instructed I will run the SETUP Program and Uninstall all packages and delete the CYGWIN Folder First. Then I will install a full package which is presently being downloaded from ftp.uni-erlangen.de. Thanks for your great helps. I hope that I will get similar helps when I return for other issues.
