[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: subversion-1.8.14-2
CYGWIN NEWS: Rebuilt with locally built swig version 3.0.7 (distro currentl has 3.0.5) that fixes some issues with the Python bindings. NEWS: = See CHANGES (URL below) for more information about the differences between 1.8.0 and previous Subversion releases. IMPORTANT: Please read the release notes (URL below) before upgrading from a previous major release. 1.8 includes a new working copy format with a manual upgrade operation. This will render your working copy unusable with previous major releases. Furthermore, there are some issues trying to upgrade corrupt working copies. Please see the release notes http://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/1.8.html for more details about the changes in Subversion. See http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/tags/1.8.14/CHANGES for more details about the changes in 1.8.14. This release changes mod_dav_svn to no longer map requests to the local filesystem. Administrators of mod_dav_svn servers should read the section about this in the release notes: http://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/1.8.html#mod_dav_svn-fsmap DESCRIPTION: Subversion is a version control system designed to be a compelling successor to CVS. [ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: isl-0.14.1
ISL has been updated to version 0.14.1 as required by newer versions of gcc. ISL is a library for manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by linear constraints. Supported operations on sets include intersection, union, set difference, emptiness check, convex hull, (integer) affine hull, integer projection, and computing the lexicographic minimum using parametric integer programming. It also includes an ILP solver based on generalized basis reduction and operations geared towards polyhedral compilation such as dependence analysis, scheduling, and AST generation. -- *** CYGWIN-ANNOUNCE UNSUBSCRIBE INFO *** If you want to unsubscribe from the cygwin-announce mailing list, look at the "List-Unsubscribe: " tag in the email header of this message. I can use your 64-bit patch to build luajittex on 64-bit Cygwin. Two questions: 1. Do you plan to send your patch upstream? I had some correspondence with the author last year in which he said he would welcome a patch to make luajit build on 64-bit Cygwin. Unfortunately, upstreaming takes time (particularly when dealing with the many misconceptions people have about Cygwin) so I've admittedly been lax in that regard. I have to send the patch to upstream TeX Live anyway, so I could just copy the luajit author. I did this, and he just applied the patch (with credit to you) as git commit 076d625. [Posting to Cygwin list. Please keep discussion there.] I did apply the patch from Fedora, but it didn't seem to help. I just rebuilt subversion-1.9.1 using a locally-built version of swig-3.0.7 (distro has 3.0.5) and that seems to solve the problem. I'll rebuild subversion-1.9.1 and subversion-1.8.14 using swig-3.0.7 and upload them shortly. -- David Rothenberger daver...@acm.org -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
