The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution: * minizip-2.9.2-1 * libminizip2.5-2.9.2-1 * libminizip-devel-2.9.2-1 minizip is a drop-in replacement for zlib's minizip that includes WinZip AES encryption, disk splitting, I/O buffering and some additional fixes.
