The following package has been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:
* savi-1.6.0-1

SaVi simulates satellite orbits and coverage, in two and three 
dimensions.  SaVi lets you explore satellite constellations.  SaVi can 
use Geomview, an optional package, for 3D rendering.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
