History is now imported and at 
https://cygwin.com/cgit/cygwin-packages/cygutils/


I've given it a brief look over and it seems reasonable, but please 
check that it's all ok before you start using it.

Yeah, I missed to change the website, sorry.  I fixed it, even if
only for a few days.
