I can't reproduce this in darktable with lensfun 3.2, so if it is a lensfun 
bug, it was probably fixed since lensfun 2.8.

It looks like it is a lensfun-bug.

I removed the K-S1 part in /usr/share/lensfun/slr-pentax.xml and
deleted my own file ~/.local/share/lensfun/k1.xml. The K-1 is
in /usr/share/lensfun/slr-pentax.xml already. Now the K-1 is recognized
and it should work as long there is no update.
